    SpringTop is a recently constructed Spanish-style villa located on a gentle slope with stunning views of neighboring islands, two beautiful local bays, and palm groves. Surrounded by wide verandahs on all sides with an overhanging roof, the house is positioned to take advantage of the pleasant, gentle, tropical breezes. It is designed in an open style with shuttered windows and large louvered bi-fold doors allowing a pleasant Caribbean ambiance to permeate this lovely home.

The house has two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave oven and blender. There is a large living room comfortably and stylishly furnished.

The 15x25 foot pool is but a few steps down from the verandah. It is beautifully tiled in azure blue, with a temperature between 84 and 87 degrees. The pool deck is an ample stone patio with colorful comfortable chaises.

The house is completely private with many areas for ready, lounging and otherwise enjoying island life.
